In Naperville, IL heat, warm air, iced lines, or a tripping breaker isn't something to sit on. Pressure, amp draw, and coil condition all get checked before any part gets quoted.
Topping off refrigerant without ever finding the leak is one of the most common ways Naperville homeowners get overcharged. Our process is pressure readings, spec comparison, and electronic leak detection, because a properly repaired leak outlasts three top-offs.
Non-negotiables on every cooling call.
Refrigerant work is always performed by certified technicians — a legal requirement we take seriously.
We bump no-cool calls ahead of routine work, even during the busiest stretch of summer.
Whatever the repair, the quote holds before work starts.
Real detection equipment finds the source, not just a temporary patch.
Six issues that cover the majority of what we see.
We locate, repair, and recharge to spec — not just refilled and sent on its way.
A compressor that hums without starting or pulls high amps gets tested at the windings and start capacitor before we recommend replacement.
We find why the coil froze, not just defrost it and hope.
A failing capacitor is a common cause of a dead condenser, and it's usually a same-visit fix once confirmed.
A coil caked in debris can't reject heat properly, which spikes head pressure and stresses the compressor, so we clean and inspect during the visit.
A blown fuse or tripped disconnect can present exactly like a dead compressor, so we rule these out first to avoid an unnecessary replacement.
Four steps to cold air again.

Pressures and amp draws get measured before anything gets added, then quote a flat rate.
Same-visit completion is typical, backed in writing.
